Loft storage room specialists :
Firstly raised loft boarding, new loft hatch and loft ladder.
Secondly, insulated rafters and plasterboarded to create a loft storage room. 50mm solid insulation board cut between the rafters, nice neat finish with no gaps, plasterboard finish to make it look nice and tidy.
The insulation will keep the loft cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, as well as improving the insulation performance of the whole house.
